Incarcerated Author
Life is funny. Karma. You reap what you sow. You made your bed now lie in it. Nice ideas to help guide you. After decades of leading by example and striving to raise those around me up, I’m still quietly doing it. After tutoring all sorts and picking the perceived worst to be on my team to challenge myself while giving them a kind hand up at the same time…After standing up to the drill instructors, whom everyone feared, on behalf of the recruit, who had tried to take me out mere hours earlier, because he was in need and clearly afraid…After training dozens of college grads, that got paid way more than me, how to do their jobs successfully. After saving the neighborhood’s kids from being kidnapped, After assisting in about 15,000 surgeries…After risking getting fired to save a pregnant woman in distress (and also a falconer’s falcon)…After saving a prize winning race horse who had fallen into a frozen pond…After saving a dog someone tried to saw in half (literally)…After saving so so many injured and sick animals, including several orphaned rhinos, a few lions, an albino servet monkey, rejected by his troop, and strangely a bunch of owls…I’m still staying positive.
And after living out dreams like winning a state championship in basketball, becoming a professional wrestler, and being a groundbreaking animal trainer and behaviorist….the best thing I ever did landed me in prison. No, my charges are not good. They are in fact horrible and warrant the death penalty, but they also don’t align with reality.
Believe me, hate me, want me, plot against me…It’s all welcome. Just write me.
